The training for children is intended, besides training the body, provides them basic motor learning through movement. With this mode we can work the elements like games and martial art, and so, the child will have a full workout with fun and challenges.
The kung fu training as a methodology can be defined as a full body workout through movement, in order to improve the Endurance, strength, flexibility, and speed. They are worked through the improvement of movement made by learning and conditioning.
The classes are designed and planned according to the age of the children. All children can train unless contradictory to medical instructions.
